Modules: Global Health;Prevention and Control of Major Diseases; Research and Application of Epidemiology and Health Statistics Methodology; Biological Engineering, Genomics, and Research on Chronic Non-communicable Diseases; Health Inspection and Quarantine;Environment & Occupation &Nutrition and Health; Medicine Humanities Experience Activities；To Visit Listed Medical Enterprises and Primary Medical institutions.

3. 学 习 成 绩 单
Academic transcripts (non-Chinese/English documents require certified translations).
4. 个人简历（英文/中文，含教育背景、研究经历及成果）
Resume (in English/Chinese, encompassing education, research experience, and achievements).
5. 语言能力证明（雅思/托福成绩单或院校英语能力证明）
Proof of language proficiency (IELTS/TOEFL scores or institutional English certification).
6. 研究计划或个人陈述（英文，500 字以内，说明参与动机及学术兴趣）
Research proposal or personal statement (English, ≤500 words, outlining motivation and academic interests).

（三）申请条件Eligibility
1.国籍要求：俄罗斯、蒙古、朝鲜、柬埔寨、泰国、马来西亚、巴西、加拿大、瑞典、比利时、波兰、芬兰、英国、法国、美国、津巴布韦、冈比亚、巴基斯坦、印度尼西亚等“一带一路”、东盟及欧美国家，且非中国籍
Russia, Mongolia, North Korea, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia, Brazil, Canada, Sweden, Belgium, Poland, Finland, the United Kingdom, France, the United States, Zimbabwe, the Gambia, Pakistan, Indonesia, and other countries along the Belt and Road Initiative, ASEAN nations, as well as European and American countries, all of which are non-Chinese nationals.
2.学历要求：本科、硕士或博士研究生
Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral students.
3.语言要求：英语水平良好（需提供雅思 6.0/托福 80/或院校出具的英语能力证明）
Strong English proficiency (IELTS 6.0/TOEFL 80 or equivalent certification from an accredited institution at least at the college level).
4. 学术要求：对公共卫生领域有浓厚兴趣，具 备 相 关 科 研 或 实 践 经 历 者 优 先
Strong interest in Public Health; relevant research or practical experience is preferred.

三、经费支持 Funding Support
本项目由中国政府奖学金全额资助，覆盖学费与课程费、住宿费、 生活费、参访、企业考察等费用，提供在华期间综合医疗保险。
The program is fully funded by the Chinese Government Scholarship, which covers tuition, accommodation, living expenses, visits, and corporate tours, including comprehensive medical insurance in China.
注意事项 : 学员需自理往返机票、高铁等费用
Attention:Participants are required to cover the cost of round-trip airfare，high-speed trains and other expenses.
